Drivetrain was established in 1989 by John Cave, whose commitment and enthusiasm towards the promotion of safer driving, is as strong today as it was then.

John's many qualifications include the coverted RoSPA Diploma for Advanced Driving Instruction and he is, of course, a qualified Approved Driving Instructor to the highest grade, Grade 6.

His unique personality, commitment and enthusiasm have earned him respect, not only from those that have benefited from his instruction, but also from within the profession.

Every Drivetrain instructor is approved by the Department of Transport, each one has either Police Class 1 certification or the RoSPA diploma for advanced driving instruction. This combination places Drivetrain instructors amongst the elite for their communication and training skills and ensures the consistently high standards our clients have come to rely upon.
